At TheCardfinity, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. However, due to the nature of collectible trading cards and sealed products, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & Switzerland)
If you are a consumer based in Switzerland or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email at info@thecardfinity.com within this period.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Products must be returned in resellable condition.
- Any tampering with sealed products (e.g. booster packs, ETBs) voids the return right.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or unsealed card products.
- Digital products or download codes.
- Gift cards.
3. Return Process
- Contact us at info@thecardfinity.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is eligible, we will provide return instructions.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or wrongly shipped items.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First check your bank or card account again.
- Then contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
