We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland. In the near future, we plan to expand our shipping services to other European countries.

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options within Switzerland:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free shipping may be offered for certain promotions or minimum order values (clearly stated on the site when applicable).

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. TheCardfinity is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
